I called trying to find someone to come fix my sister's heater, I called a couple of companies and got their answering service or recordings to leave my name and number and they would call me back, really? Who does business like that? When I called Air Xperts, a real person answered and told me they could have someone out in a couple of hours! They called prior to arrival so I could get the dogs out up. The tech that came out first was very courteous and honest about our 1985 unit. They were able to get the parts and get us back up and running. Great company, great people.
